Syrian President Basher Al
Assad has threatened Israel with renewed fighting on the Golan Heights if
Israel carries out any more raids on his country. Assad also said that Russia
is going ahead with supplying new anti aircraft missiles to Syria. His comments
came after the EU ended its embargo on countries supplying weapons to the
rebels in Syria's two year long civil war.
