UEFA has confirmed that Malaga has had the second year of a two year ban
from European soccer lifted but will not be able to take part in continental
competitions next season. Meanwhile Malaga manager Manuel Pellegrini is widely
tipped to take over as Manchester City manager after it was confirmed that he
is leaving the Spanish team at the end of this season
