Security has been stepped up in London after the
daylight murder in Woolwich on Wednesday of a British soldier by
two men. The soldier was hacked to death by the two men who used meat cleavers
and knives and shouted Islamic slogans before they were shot and arrested by
police. The British Government said the murder was a terrorist attack.
