NEW DOCUMENTARY ON BLAS INFANTE OPENS IN SEVILLE STOP

 

A new documentary on the life of Casares most famous son, Blas Infante, was shown at a special presentation in Seville today. the Tourism Councillor Pepe Carrasco attended the opening of the documentary, "Casares, on the trail of Blas Infante". The film was directed by Ina Haze and commissioned by the Town Hall. Two actors from the Casares theatre group took part and the voices were recorded in the Radio Casares studios. Councillor Carrasco explained that improvment works are being carried out at the Casa Natal de Blas Infante and that the work is being funded by a 9,000 Euro grant from the Junta de Andalucia.
