The Town Hall
will shortly award seven new homes to people on the housing list. Two of the
houses are on Calle Villa with five more on Puerto de la Cruz. These are one
bedroom homes which are being given on a lease with an option to buy. The
houses on Calle Villa are two and three bedroom homes which are available as
part of the rental scheme. Anyone seeking to avail of the new homes must be on
the list for municipal housing. There is still time for people to register with
the list and the Town Hall will be sending out letters advising of the new
procedures.
