The Sierra
Crestellina cheesemakers are holding a public workshop tomorrow. According to
the organisers the workshop will be ideal for families, and people will be able
to milk and feed the goats and see the transformation of goat's milk into
cheese. The session will include a talk by the vet on the importance of
livestock. The master cheesemaker will also explain how cheese is
produced. Those attending will also be able to taste the different cheeses
produced at Sierra Crestellina as well as freshly baked bread and wine from the
Bodega de Jorge Bonet in Ronda. The workshop runs from 9.30 to 1.30 and the
price is 15 Euro.
