CASARES TO GET NEW EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP TO HELP THE JOBLESS

Casares is to get a new employment workshop which will provide training for twenty unemployed people. The Town Hall has already received 50 per cent of of a subsidy for the workshop which was granted by the Junta de Andalucia for the training programme. The workshop, which will be called Blas Infante,  will have two modules - one providing training in tourism, local promotions and visitor information and the second in technical design and the makiing of theatrical costumes. Each workshop will provide training for ten people for twelve months during which time they will also be paid. Work is already underway to set up the workshop and details will be announced in the near future.
