CASARES HAS BEGUN THIS YEAR’S CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN

The Ayuntamiento has  started work on this year’s Citizen Participation Plan. The first activity is a meeting of young people being held today to discuss what activities should take priority at the new Youth Centre. A budget of 5,000 Euro has been allocated by the Youth Council for these leisure activities. Other activities lined up include meetings of the Local Associations,  the Andalucian Alleys contest and the Gastronomic Days of Casares. These projects emerged during the meetings of the plan held last year. The councillor responsible for citizen participation, Pepe Carrasco, has encouraged all residents to take part and make their own contributions to this year’s plan.
