Seven unemployed residents
of Casares were hired by the Town Hall this week to work on the refurbishment
of two houses in the town. The board of directors of Gosermu, which is made up
of the governing body and the opposition approved the hirings at a meeting and
the contracts were signed on Wednesday. The seven will work on refurbishing two
houses, one in the grounds of Casares Castle and the other in Calle Copera. The
houses will be used to help needy families. The work has been approved as part
of the paln against social exclusion in Andalucia and the work will cost 15,000
Euro.
